Dan has trained and developed leaders all levels. His goal with all training and development is to be practical and relevant with his approach so that leaders can apply immediately.

Dan has trained traditional in-person classes, virtual development series, talent pipeline programs, town halls, and keynote addresses.

Healthcare Industry

An interactive half-day workshop for a leadership team focused on resetting leadership expectations tied to a significant organizational shift. Leaders were presented with opportunities to learn from Dan and from each other.


Energy Industry

A development day planned for Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders was co-facilitated to drive employee engagement, skill development, strategic alignment between key ERG initiatives and key business priorities.


Nonprofit Industry

A year-long leadership program focused on middle management was designed and delivered to drive success transitioning from first line leadership to middle management.
