Consulting Experiences

Asking for help is a sign of strength. Finding a trusted partner in that journey who brings immediate value and sets you up for long-term success is key.

Dan has worked on a wide range of strategic projects both as an external consultant and internal practitioner. His business acumen and commitment to inclusive leadership drive healthy interactions and intentional growth. He’s willing to have courageous conversations and treats every interaction with deep integrity and respect.

Dan is a teacher that focuses on sustainable and scalable solutions. His approach is a listen first model that seeks to understand full context and needs and then build options based on his experience and proven tools. His experience helps center initiatives around meaningful models that are practical and relevant. Dan’s proactive thinking around role clarity, prioritization of work, and thoughtfully addressing challenges opens doors for intentional change.

Above is an example of a model used with clients that maps together employee experience (EX) and customer experience (CX). This was tied to an effort for employees to embrace new brand elements being presented to customers as well as integrate work from the client’s DEI strategy.

Core consulting areas include:

  • Organizational Transformation: implementing new strategies, merging/shifting cultures, or positioning new leadership expectations.

  • Inclusive Leadership: leadership practices that activate DEI strategies and positively influence work across culture, career, commerce, and community.

  • Employee Experience: elevating the key EX moments that most significantly drive discretionary effort, engagement, inclusion, and retention.

  • Talent Development: growing specific skills (leadership, business acumen, etc.), accelerating talent movement within an organization, and increasing TD practices that segment what’s needed for different audiences and why.

Self-aware leaders find meaningful ways to connect their business strategy to their talent + DEI strategies.
